Application and Consumer Protection
These General Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") apply to the purchase agreement that you as a consumer enter into with Tommy Davidovic AB, corporate identity number 559173-5237, hereinafter referred to as "TD". To take advantage of your interests as a customer, the provisions of the E-Commerce Act (SFS 2002: 562), the Act on Distance Contracts and Agreements Outside Business Premises (SFS 2005: 59) and the Data Protection Ordinance (GDPR) apply to all purchases at www.tommydavidovic.se.

In connection with your order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to complete and provide the service that you can expect from us.

TD customer register contains personal information such as name, social security number, postal address, telephone number, e-mail address and IP number. The purpose of TD processing of collected personal data is to use its to
a. Be able to complete purchases on TD
b. Enable targeted marketing via email, text message and other channels based on your previous purchases or use of TD channels.
Klarna will collect personal information about you in connection with payment. Klarna is thus responsible for personal data for such personal data according to Clear conditions
TD will share the personal information to the shipping companies required to be able to complete and deliver an order.
If an order is placed for an item that is sent directly from the supplier, TD will send over the information needed to be able to complete and fulfill an order from the supplier.
When you use Chat and / or FAQ, Imbox may handle and store the personal information such as. phone number, first and last name, address, e-mail, IP number that you enter to be able to log in and save history from previous chats.
When you as a customer choose and e-mail to TD, your e-mail address and e-mail history will be saved to make it possible and easier to follow up and respond to a case.
No information will be resold to third parties or forwarded to third countries.

We only store personal data for as long as necessary, after which they are deleted. If information is incomplete, incorrect or irrelevant, you have the right to request that it be corrected or deleted. You also have the right to claim damages if the processing of your personal data has not complied with the law.

Prices and Fees
The prices stated on www.tommydavidovic.se are stated including VAT (VAT). Unless otherwise stated. Special fees are added for invoice layouts, packages ordered for fast delivery and for unredeemed packages.
Establishment of a purchase agreement
Tommy Davidovic's goods are ordered at www.tommydavidovic.se or via our customer service. A purchase agreement is established when your order has been confirmed by Tommy Davidovic via e-mail to the e-mail address you specified when ordering. By ordering, you accept these Terms. Tommy Davidovic does not enter into agreements with minors (under the age of 18) without the parent's approval. At www.tommydavidovic.se, agreements can only be entered into with customers with a delivery address in Sweden.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you always have a fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal according to the Act on Distance Contracts and Contracts Outside Business Premises (2005: 59). If the quality of the product has been affected as a result of you as a customer having handled it more than is necessary to investigate its properties or functions, a deduction will be made on the refund corresponding to the depreciation of the product.
You can also notify Tommy Davidovic AB of the withdrawal of a purchase by filling in and mailing the Swedish Consumer Agency's form to Tommy Davidovic. When the Right of Withdrawal does not apply
There are exceptions when the right of withdrawal does not apply.
Examples of goods and services where the right of withdrawal does not apply:
- Activity performed on a specific day or for a limited period of time, such as lectures and webinars.
- Products that are specially made according to the consumer's wishes or that have a clear personal touch.
- Digital content that is delivered in other ways than on a physical medium (USB memory, CD, DVD, etc.), such as apps, music and computer programs that the consumer streams or downloads.
- Digital content, such as downloading a film, if the consumer has expressly consented to the commenced delivery and that there is thereby no right of withdrawal.
- Agreements outside business premises if the total amount the consumer must pay is less than SEK 400.
Payment
In collaboration with Klarna, we offer invoice payment, partial payment, credit card payment and direct payment. This payment solution is called Klarna Checkout.
By leaving information at the checkout, you agree Clear conditions. By clicking on "Complete purchase" you agree to Tommy Davidovic's general terms.
Klarna Checkout presents certain information to you as soon as you are identified. The information you need to enter to achieve identification may vary between different purchases and customers. No credit information is ever taken directly in Klarna Checkout, but if necessary depending on the payment option you have chosen. Credit information taken by Klarna does not affect your creditworthiness and can not be seen by others who request credit information about you, such as banks. After you have been identified, Klarna Checkout shows which options are available to you. Invoice is pre-selected as a payment option, but you can of course freely choose one of the other options, such as direct payment via bank or payment by card. Force majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond Tommy Davidovic's reasonable control, such as in the event of a change in legislation, government action, strike, blockade, sabotage, war, terrorism, fire, flood, natural disaster or similar events, Tommy Davidovic's obligation to fulfill the purchase agreement shall be suspended for as long as the circumstance prevails. If such delay exceeds 2 months, both you and Tommy Davidovic have the right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect without any obligation to pay damages.
Price and Product Information
In the event of any errors in stock status or price, Tommy Davidovic reserves the right to terminate the purchase agreement. If the item has expired or for some other reason is not available, Tommy Davidovic is not obliged to provide the item but can suggest an alternative item. All image information should be seen as illustrations and can not be guaranteed to reflect the exact appearance and nature of the product.
Reviews
By submitting reviews about products or Tommy Davidovic's services on Tommydavidovic.se or other channels, you also give Tommy Davidovic the right to publish them on Tommydavidovic.se and in other channels and media. Tommy Davidovic reserves the right not to publish and / or delete submitted reviews.
Other
We follow the General Complaints Board's recommendations and Swedish law in the event of a dispute. Any dispute must be resolved by either the General Complaints Board (ARN) in Sweden or the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (EU ODR).
